  • Other Users. Other Pakira users may have the opportunity to provide information about you after interactions with you through use of the Services, including through ratings and reviews.

  • Demographic or interest information: We may receive demographic or interest information about You from third parties, including advertisers (such as the fact that an advertiser is interested in showing you an ad), and combine it with Our own data using a common account identifier such as a hash of an email address or a mobile-device ID.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Your Data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

Information Collected While Using the Application

We collect information about the actions You take when using the Services. This includes your interactions with content and other users.
  • Content You Submit

    • We collect the content you submit to the Services. This includes your posts and comments including your messages with other users (e.g. chats), and your reports and other communications with moderators and with Us. Your content may include text, links, im- ages, gifs, and videos.

    • Company collects data when you use Forums that Company hosts, whether you use the Forum using a web browser on your own computer, or use Pakira’s apps for mobile devices.

    • Content you submit to the Pakira Forum may be tagged with your ID to announce authorship.
      We collect information about the actions you take when using the Services. This includes
      your interactions with content, like voting, saving, hiding, and reporting. It also includes

  • Transactions

    • We collect information about transactions completed through the Services, including when and where an order is created, the type of order, the product details, shipping details and addresses.
  • Location

    • While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission information regarding your location.

    • We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

    • You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

3. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

Much of the information on the Services is public and accessible to everyone, even without an account. By using the Services, You are directing Us to share this information publicly and freely.

5. Retention of Your Data

Business Transactions
