Santa’s Lumber futures rally continues to help push prices higher while availability seems to be an issue as well. Most items can be found if your willing to pay the “freight”. One of our suppliers said that some freight lanes are double to triple the amount from a year ago . Delivery times are equally nerve wracking. Happy Néw Year and Be Awesome !

Hard to believe prices of lumber and freight are both up many multiples above previous “high” levels. I hope everyone is able to get their load bought and shipped for ANY price!
My thoughts go out to all the truckers out there driving and Christmas and New Years to get the job done!
