Whether lumber settles in above $1000 or it trades lower only time will tell, so if using time as a tool for measuring lumber then the 10 year chart looks like sub $1000 could be lurking in the branches.

It’s incredible to see the “all time highs” of the past be washed away and smoothed in small blips in comparison to the incredible volatility of today’s market.

Will we ever have a “return to normal”?
