2x4 R/L commodity lumber seem to have drawn a line in the sand at &1000/FOB Mill. Will we continue to grind higher or will the “doom and gloomers” be right?
I think profit margins are going to be a challenge going forward, but due to the backlog we should see a steady flow of building materials for the foreseeable future.
