Its hard to believe that going back to the historic highs of the 2018 market would represent a massive drop in pricing today!

Looks like a fairly clean link to Covid by timing. Will we get a long term step up in prices as happened in the early 1990’s, or will prices revert to the 1993-2020 range as the kinks are worked out of the system?
