Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

It was a busy day chasing after products that were not readily or easily available in the eastern spruce lumber market yesterday. If the items were found, the price was too high for the clients to commit to, considering what they have been accustomed to hearing from aggressive traders the last few weeks. It made for a difficult day putting together new orders although there were some clients that saw relative value and bought what they were looking for. There were a few mills that had staff taking calls but there was little impact on what they had to offer that jolted interest.
