Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

More supply than demand kept pressure on prices throughout yesterday’s trading session in the eastern spruce lumber market. The increased activity generated a sizeable volume of orders on the day. The mills were apt to go off the market on those items once their quotas were sold making buyers pursue other sources to find coverage. Logistical problems and delays also added much frustration for many concerns.
