Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

There was more widespread participation by the mills in the eastern spruce lumber market yesterday. They had a good supply of products they wanted to sell, and they entertained counters to achieve those objectives. They rejected the larger offers, looking for common ground on the opportunities presented. Some buyers stayed firm with their resolve; others found compromise. Demand was apparent on a wide variety of items. It was also seen and felt that a good amount of it went unfulfilled.
