Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

Although the eastern spruce lumber market continued to see a good volume of orders transacted yesterday, there was a feeling of apathy that ran among traders. It was more difficult for them to get their clients interested and buy the things they had to sell. Clients had few needs, but many were anxious to get in what they had on order. There was little to excite the masses. The mills focused selling what they had that could ship, not what they might have, often sacrificing on price to get this done.
