Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

There was more life and excitement in the eastern spruce lumber market yesterday. Increased demand and inquiries kept traders hopping throughout the day. Clients looked to distributors to cover many of the items needed. The mills were able to play a role in the action, but they were limited as to what they could do and offer. A lack of items restricted their capabilities and impact. Although counters were rampant in the marketplace, they were much more resilient to them, especially on the things they had little of.
