Demand was nonstop in the eastern spruce lumber market yesterday. Inquiries encompassed a wide range of products. Some could be sourced from the mills, but more were reload dependent. Prices and availability of lumber varied widely in the marketplace. There was disbelief among many clients that the prices and items that could have been bought recently could not be found now. At the end of the day, those with product or dependable sources had a busy and very successful day selling.
