Bill's Corner- An Eastern Spruce Perspective

Although sales were slow to start the week yesterday in the eastern spruce lumber market, demand was stronger than seemed. There was more interest in knowing what was available to buy despite the wintry weather many have had to deal with recently. Buyers perused the mills and gravitated to those that were willing to sell without repercussions of potentially higher tariffs being implemented. This uncertainty continued to distract many from their normal buying patterns and habits.
