Demand was steady and activity constant with no dramatic changes in the eastern spruce lumber market yesterday. The Canadian mills though were more involved as sales have been lacking for them, increasing their interest in finding where the market was trading at, especially on 2x4. Prices have been vulnerable on it with mills having this width more available than the other widths. Distributors continued to be the leading source for clients with competitive prices and timely deliveries.
