Exterior plywood, gypsum & OSB market pricing

If I could ask to get current market pricing, east, central and western markets for the above for comparison to the MgO board pricing where one panel covers all of these interior and exterior products and applications with the addition of being non-combustible and water resistant.

Gypsum in 1/2 and 5/8 (also in their fire-resistant panels; plywood in 1/2" and 3/4" and OSB in current exterior sheathing requirements (7/16 & 8/16ths and I believe 9/16th for the State of Florida if I recall.

Need for investor questions.

@Jeff_Lassle I think many are asking themselves the same questions as print is so far off-market rates right now
