Imports of lumber to Japan decrease 36% in November

In November 2022, the imports of lumber to Japan lost 36% year-on-year to 292 thousand m3. According to Lesprom Analytics, the average price for lumber imported to Japan upped 1.1% compared to the previous month and amounted to $575 per m3. This is 17% less than a year ago when it was $696.
