The imports of softwood lumber to China expanded 19% year-on-year to 1,346.3 thousand m3 in February. The average price for softwood lumber imported to China gained 1.5% compared to the previous month at $206 per m3, according to Lesprom Analytics. This is 12% less than a year ago when it was $235.
