@Andrew_Gibson great read! One thing I am interested to see is what happens during the winter. With prices continuing to remain high and the usual fall-winter dip not panning out so far, if we will see a rapid drop in prices, or perhaps a stockpiling war/increased production of lumber-based goods which keep prices high or even drive them up higher. What are your thoughts?

Supply chains and how broken they are is now a household term and concept. Prior to the pandemic no one has heard about the term. Now consumers are worried about Xmas shopping and how these mysterious supply chains will impact them.
