This is a great article but only if you like to be a trailblazer and attempt to make a difference by cutting through all the red tape and objectively identifying the people who always have their hands in the cookie jar trying to grab as many cookies as they can grab while the ones who genuinely are hard workers and enjoy watching the team grow and succeed grab only what they need so others can share in the resources provided by the company. This might help the whole organization to grow and prosper instead of enabling a few self centered and egotistical people to negatively affect your company brand and mission. These are the same individuals who claim to make a difference instead of promoting the selfish personal agendas that can adversely affect your entire team and cause destructive animosity that could affect the other hard working team members that oriented to drive brand growth and be a pillar in society by standing up for and leading by example for the right reasons . . Be a little more compassionate, understanding and helpful as you can be as you have no idea what that person has been through or currently going through. Be Strong and Stand up for the right things that make everyone feel good. Have an Awesome Week !!!
