@Andrew_Gibson demand for lumber has never and will never drop. With access to lumber becoming more and more scarce, there is only one place for the market to go… UP! Granted, there will be fluctuations but that will be the general trend for the foreseeable future as environmental activist and governments cut more and more access to forests unnecessarily.

What I am seeing is that supply is king just like last time. Several of the buying group lumber yards are coming out of the woodwork and we are getting more and more large inquiries from people who normally do not buy from us.
