This is a fascinating that New England leads the US by 50% more home w/ decks that any other region and West South Central is at 4%!!! Crazy. With all the images of the leisurely swings on decks and porches in the US South – is that not real? Or a bygone era?
New England is supposed to have the wickedest cold of all other regions. So does that mean the scarcer the commodity the more you want to grab of it, by allowing for spending time on decks apparently …
