@Jim_Schumacher this is an excellent detailed numeric report to complement the more qualitative analysis of the residential vs commercial, and single family vs multi-family housing starts that @Bill_D posted last week. Makes the picture and trend come into focus.

@Jim_Schumacher Puns aside, what is the benefit of using a log scale in your charts?
Also, given your charts comparing the discount/premium of OSB vs. plywood go all the way back to 1995! Have you seen any significant changes in the relationship between OSB and plywood over the years?
