Timing is everything!!! As Lumber prices race to the “bottom(which isn’t zero or free in most situations), deciding when and what price level makes sense is always exciting. If you have work locked in and looking to add margin this is a nice opportunity to go to the bank, while on the other hand a job could have been priced too cheap and just hoping that prices correct enough to get covered with a shirt still on your back. If so and your prayers are answered and prices correct enough to gain profitability make everyone happy! Regardless, there is someone or something equally concerned about the trade on the opposite side hoping for the same convergence or price target. Have an Awesome Day!
