Wash Rinse Repeat

We do this every spring and it bites. Buyers liquidate, that is to say they do not replace what they sell in March, “hoping” for a price correction. We get that correction and there are more folks in the food line than there is cheese and bread to hand out. Circumstances change, actions repeat. This market will be under bought in 2-3 weeks, especially SYP. This sector is grossly under prepared for summer DIY projects, still reeling from last over buy misread. Lumber folk are pessimistic nature. Too much emphasis and expectation that big picture problems will have immediate negative impact. April, May & June are best out take months…all the time; regardless of disruptions. It’s a weather and daylight thing.
Looking Forward…ML
