I did. Over 300 people attended. I can’t wait to get the email copy of Ali Wolf’s presentation on the housing market and economy. It was amazing. They are emailing it out to the attendees within the next few days. If a first time home buyer wanted to buy a house with a set monthly payment, this is how their purchasing power has gone down as interest rates go from 3% to 5% to 6% and having the same exact monthly mortgage payment.
